I just want to thank every single one of the trainers at WP SpaLady for pushing me. After my stroke in Jan of 2007, my medications and side-effects had thrown me for a loop and put a lot of extra weight on me. Thankfully, my roommate Lynn pushed me to join Spa Lady in May of 2008, and the amazing trainers have encouraged me to fight for the health I used to have. Thank you Katie, Kelly, Arleen, Layla, Crystal, and all for everything... I'm so grateful to be on the right track to better health.

Dear All, What a great website! It has really been improved amazingly. Well done to all those who made it possible. Listen, if you are thinking about joining Spa Lady...don't give it another thought...I have been in gyms in the USA, London and other countries...and Spa Lady West Paterson is the best - you can accomplish your health and weight loss goals, meet a fantastic group of women and it's cost effective. To my friends who I haven't seen in a while, keep up the good work....the videos are great! See you soon, Raachel
